For this reason, with us a successful conclusion, such as the installation and acceptance of a system, is not the end of the business relationship. The same applies to our software solutions.
In addition to setup and supply, one of our main objectives is to ensure the seamless transfer of knowledge to enable our customers to understand and of course operate the live application. This is carried out not least via the close involvement of the staff in the planning and implementation phases of the various test cycles.
However, if things reach a point where you are unable to get by without our help, customer service and support offerings will be available, with a range of services, seven days a week, around the clock.
