The most critical part of introducing a new system is always the run-up phase, especially in terms of acceptance of the new system. During this phase, a large proportion of your end users will be coming into contact with our systems for the first time.

Team training via joint software tests with the customer, combined with training courses creates growing trust in a new working environment. During this phase a joint decision is taken with you as to whether final changes are required and whether your company is ready to switch to the new system.

Understanding this critical phase from experience based on hundreds of projects allows us to evaluate your situation and ultimately leads into the final changeover to the new system. The consistent support provided by our staff lays the foundation for a problem-free start with your new system.

The initial support does not end with the changeover, however, but is discontinued gradually over the first few weeks to ensure that your system is supported at the start. This means that your employees also continue to have their known contact person on-site during this phase to respond to queries directly and immediately.
