Right at the start of an order picking process, the feeding of products can be provided by our solutions for automatic depalleting, which increases the throughput of the entire system.

The last stage in the process chain, before the dispatch of the pallets to the recipient, can also be designed to be more efficient, with greater performance and greater reliability. The automatic palletisation of store/outbound goods pallets or roller containers as well as the integrated load securing equipment using stretch winders or horizontal strapping machines is combined into one module in the SSI SCHAEFER solution.

This means we are offering consistent automation in order picking that allows for high throughput and fully utilises the capabilities of connected systems. Processes that are ergonomically challenging and involve heavy physical work are also avoided.

Robot systems from SSI SCHAEFER are suitable for temperatures down to -30°C if required.
